Leni Keller Center Uyo

In addition to the comprehensive training programs in tailoring and fashion design, hair braiding and wig production, hair accessories and jewellery making, Leni Keller Centre Uyo also offers training in carpentry and plastic recycling. The focus of this training unit is to promote home-made useful appliances for the market while promoting the consumption of environmentally friendly products. Highlight is the training in the production of plastic pavement blocks and energy efficient cookstoves. In 2023, this centre graduated 25 trainees, 20 of them refugees and 5 from the local community.
